MYPHONEMILANO sells its products online, through the website www.myphonemilano.it in accordance with these conditions of purchase. Any requests for modifications to these conditions of purchase made by the customer will be considered valid only if expressly accepted by MY PHONE MILANO. The online negotiation dynamics between MY PHONE MILANO and the customer are based on the national and international norms, rules and customs of electronic commerce and on the legislation relating to Privacy.

1. Products

The characteristics of the products are indicated in the online catalogue and are visible at the time of choosing and completing the order before the confirmation procedure is concluded. The images shown are purely indicative and may differ from the product actually available.

2. Product Availability

After the conclusion of the online order, an automatic email will be sent confirming receipt of the order. This email has the sole purpose of notifying the receipt of the order. In the event that the customer does not receive this confirmation email, he is invited to contact MY PHONE MILANO. In the event of unforeseen problems that make it impossible to process the order partially or totally, MY PHONE MILANO will contact the customer immediately to make specific arrangements for resolving the problem, without prejudice to the possibility for the customer to request total or partial cancellation of the order.

3. Orders

Orders are considered binding only after confirmation by MY PHONE MILANO. It is however possible that some products may be out of stock in the meantime. MY PHONE MILANO reserves the right to contact the customer in such a case as soon as possible to modify or cancel the order (without penalties for both parties) proposing alternative solutions where possible.

4. Prices

MY PHONE MILANO, due to the extreme variability of product costs, reserves the right to modify the product price list and the contribution for shipping costs at any time, without any obligation to provide prior notice. The prices indicated in the online price lists are ex-works.

5. Payments

Payment is valid only if made through the payment channels highlighted on the website www.myphonemilano.it and accepted during the order confirmation phase.

6. Transport

The products are shipped to the customer according to the shipping conditions established at the time of the order. The shipped material is appropriately packaged in special packaging and with material for protection from impacts. The products sold online by MY PHONE MILANO, at the time of shipment are always verified and tracked according to our quality procedures.
The invoice issued by MY PHONE MILANO contains the shipping details, i.e. the name of the courier and tracking number to monitor the shipment in real time. In the event of delays in the delivery of the products, the customer is invited to contact the courier directly and in any case to promptly report any disservice to MY PHONE MILANO. Furthermore, in the event of visible damage to the package received, the customer must sign the delivery subject to verification.

7. Delivery Times

Delivery is made within 2/5 working days from the date of receipt of payment. MY PHONE MILANO assumes no responsibility in the event that the delivery date is not respected for reasons not directly attributable to it.

8. Responsibility

MY PHONE MILANO is not responsible for any losses, damages, direct or indirect delays arising from the sale of products in the catalog including the failure to deliver the product. Having said this, any other liability not directly attributable to MY PHONE MILANO is excluded.

9. Transport Contribution

For each order, a contribution for transport costs is charged, calculated based on the type of shipment chosen and the amount/weight/volume range of the order.

10. Complaints

In the event of damaged products delivered, complaints must arrive within 3 working days of receipt of the goods, by registered mail with return receipt (possibly anticipated by e-mail or telephone).
In the event of faults or defects in the replacement purchased. In addition, the customer must send a video to the email address: info@myponemilano.it and also to our WhatsApp: +39 3278190000. This is to speed up the process.
Remember that the video must clearly include the faults presented in the replacement.
Complaints sent after this deadline or received only by telephone will not be taken into consideration. In the case of obvious damage caused by transport, it is always necessary, at the time of collection of the goods, to indicate on the transport documents the acceptance with reservation of verification, indicating precisely and in detail the reason for the reservation. In the absence of such necessary precautions by the customer, MY PHONE MILANO may not accept the complaint due to the courier regulations. 11. Warranty/ Withdrawal

Dear customers, returns of purchased products are accepted only for products with a defect found as mentioned above, spare parts for personal testing, lack of use or other reasons are not accepted.

12. Personal Data Processing

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, the customer acknowledges that the "personal data" communicated and/or exchanged even during the pre-contractual information phase, will be processed pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, for the purposes and with the purposes of art. 24, paragraph 1, letter b) and subsequent amendments and additions to the same Legislative Decree 196/2003. It is also understood that the customer expressly consents to the transfer of "personal data" pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 43, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and, in any case, to their communication and dissemination.
