The return, i.e. the return of the goods to the supplier company, is an operation that can be carried out when:
− Return of defective goods: the delivered product has defects that affect its functionality or value, the consumer has the right to repair or alternatively to replacement, which must be done within 8 days of receiving the same, promptly contacting the company at the email info@myphonemilano.it or at the Whatsapp number +39 3278190000, subsequently we will provide you with the RMA form that you must fill in in all its points – after this period the goods are to be considered accepted and free from defects or faults and suitable for use.
− Return of goods due to supply error:
when there is a clear error in the supply: a product has been sent for another, the color is different from the one ordered etc. A Customer Complaint will be opened, the supplier company will send the customer the correct material and will organize the collection of the incorrect material from the customer, which must be done within 8 days of receiving it – after this period the goods are to be considered accepted.
Attention: the supply error concerns errors that MY PHONE MILANO makes towards the customer, it does not include the case in which the customer makes a mistake in the product code in the order.
− Return of goods for commercial policies: The supplier company allows the customer to return the goods essentially within 30 days from the date of receipt of the same
